Subcontractors

Partner with Varro Group.

We prime government contracts — federal, state, and local — and execute through a vetted regional subcontractor network. If you run crews in facilities services anywhere in the Southeast, we want to know you before the next bid, not after.

How we work
01

You do the work. We carry the contract.

Varro holds the prime contract, compliance, invoicing, and agency relationship. Your crews perform the work under a written subcontract with a clearly defined scope.

02

Pay terms, stated up front.

Subcontracts are pay-when-paid: we invoice the client, and you are paid within 15 days of Varro receiving the client payment. Every subcontract is a signed written agreement — no handshake work.

03

What to have ready.

General liability + workers' comp insurance (Varro named additional insured before work starts), E-Verify enrollment, and a W-9. SAM.gov registration is a plus for federal work — we can point you to it if you're not there yet.
